What we collect, and why
When you order, we ask for your name, email, mobile number and delivery address. We use them to make and deliver your order, send your receipt and tracking number, and contact you if something about the order needs your answer.
When you book a custom piece, we also keep your description, budget, date and any photos you attach, so we can plan it with you. Photos you add for a piece are used only to make that piece.
When you leave a comment, we keep what you write and, if you give it, your name. To stop spam we keep a scrambled code made from your connection's address, not the address itself.
Payments
Payments are handled by our payment provider on its own secure page. It receives your name, email and mobile number, what you ordered, and the city and PIN code it ships to, so each payment can be matched to its order. We never see or store your card or bank details; we receive only whether the payment succeeded and its reference.
Who helps us
A few service providers process data for us: our hosting provider runs the site, a cloud database provider stores orders and requests, a storage provider keeps product and reference photos, an email delivery provider sends receipts, and courier partners receive your name, phone and address to deliver your parcel. Each uses the data only to do that job.
Cookies and analytics
Your cart is kept in your own browser. If you sign in to see your orders, two cookies keep you signed in; they're essential and expire on their own.
We'd like to use Google Analytics to understand which pages help people. It sets cookies (names starting with _ga) only if you choose Accept in the cookie notice. Decline, and it never loads. You can change your choice any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, and custom requests and comments for as long as they're useful to you and us. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't have to keep.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you gave, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. We'll reply within a reasonable time.
