Cancelling an order
Changed your mind? Tell us within 12 hours of ordering, before we start making your piece, and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Once making has started we can't cancel the order, because each piece is made by hand for you.
Returns
Because every piece is made to order, we don't take returns for a change of mind. Each one is made by hand, so small differences from the photos are part of its charm and not a defect.
Damaged or wrong pieces
If your piece arrives damaged, or it isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the parcel and the piece. We'll remake it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the way you paid, through our payment provider. Banks usually show them within 5 to 7 working days.
Custom pieces
For custom pieces, we agree the details and any cancellation terms with you before we start.
