Made to order
Every piece is made by hand after you order it. Making takes 2 to 3 days, and we start once your payment is confirmed.
Delivery across India
We pack each piece in a box and send it by courier to any address in India. Most orders arrive 7 to 10 days after you order; the exact time depends on the delivery partner and your PIN code.
Courier services can be slower around festivals and in remote areas. We can't ship outside India yet.
What shipping costs
Shipping is ₹99 per order, and free on orders over ₹1,500. You see the total, shipping included, before you pay.
Tracking your order
When your parcel leaves us, we email you the courier's name and tracking number. You can also see your order's status any time on the Track an order page, or under Your orders.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we'll contact you to arrange delivery again.
If your piece arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the piece, and we'll make it right. To reach us, email hello@aavishistudio.com, or send a DM to @aavishi.studio on Instagram.
